Château TRONQUOY-LALANDE 2011
Château Tronquoy-Lalande is located in the Saint-Estèphe appellation of the Bordeaux wine region. The origins of the estate date back to the 18th century and had several owners until 2006, when it was acquired by Martin and Olivier Bouygues .
The 2011 is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (47%), Merlot (42%) and Petit Verdot (11%) . Vinification takes place in stainless steel vats, whose complex temperature control systems are powered by geothermal energy. Solar and wind energy are also used in the cellar. The great wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, with 25% new wood .
