HYSOPE - Classic Tonic Water - Organic - 75cl

Hyssop is a brand of Tonic and Ginger Beer French and certified in organic farming . The company was founded in 2019 by Mériadec Buchmuller . In 2015, he hitchhiked from Paris on the "spice route" to reach Kerala in southwestern India. From this olfactory adventure, he decided to launch the Hyssop range. The brand's offices are in Bordeaux, the bottler is located near Cognac, the printer is in Brittany and the flavors are carefully selected in Grasse, Provence. The basic ingredient used is hyssop, a French plant with blue, purple or white flowers. Quinine, essential for the development of Tonic comes from Cayenne, in Guyana.

The Classic Tonic called “Indian Tonic” is made up of French Quinine, to which gentian roots and bitter orange peel are added which provide a delicate bitterness. It can be drunk with almost all types of gin, and also goes well with Cognac, vodka, Lillet, Martini, Campari or even whisky.
