Domaine Sant Armettu - Mino Rouge 2022
Domaine Sant Armettu is located in Propriano, in Southern Corsica . It was founded in 1964 by Lucien Seroin and his son Paul. The estate takes its name from the Saint Hermit, who according to legend healed with plants. The story of this Saint Hermit deeply inspired Gilles Seroin , 4th generation of winegrowers in his family. In 1996, succeeding his father Paul, he was able to develop his assets by exploiting the full potential of his vineyard located between the sea and the mountains. Today, the estate has 40 hectares of vines, representing island grape varieties such as Rimenese, Genovese, Biancu Ghjentile, Minustellu, and Aleaticu. Part of the plots are certified in organic farming, the rest are still in conversion . For more than 10 years, Domaine Sant Armettu has also been producing olive oil.
