The family business has been operated by Klaus Peter Keller since 2001.
Dalsheim is a village in the Rheinhessen wine region of Germany. It is located south of Westhofen. Hubacker is a small vineyard whose production focuses on Riesling. It covers approximately 23 hectares of land with a southeast exposure and an altitude of approximately 260 meters. The soils are mainly made up of loess and marl, with clays and sandy loams.
Auslese is made from grapes that have a must weight of 83-110 Oechsle (the hydrometric scale measuring the density of grape must) which equates to 191-260 g/L of residual sugar, and where the grapes are harvested manually with noble rot.
