Champagne Bérêche et Fils - Brut Reserve
Champagne Bérêche & Fils is a family house located in Ludes, in the Montagne de Reims in Champagne . It was founded in 1847 and produces its vintages from 14.8 hectares of vines planted in the Montagne de Reims and the Marne Valley. The property is now managed by the fifth generation with Vincent Bérêche and Raphaël. The vineyard is managed naturally.
The Brut Réserve is a blend of Pinot Noir (40%), Chardonnay (30%) and Meunier (30%) from the Montagne de Reims (Ludes Premier Cru, Ormes and Trépail) and the Vallée de la Marne (Mareuil le Port, Aÿ Grand Cru). The three grape varieties are supplemented by 35% reserve wine. The average age of the vine is 42 years. The wine is aged for 24 to 36 months on slats , it was disgorged in June 2024. It is bottled with a Brut dosage of 6 g/L .
