Champagne Romain Henin - Between the Drops
Romain Hénin , a young winegrower, is located in Aÿ in the Montagne de Reims in Champagne . The wine estate was founded by Pascal Hénin, his father, a harvester-manipulant and independent winegrower. Since 2021, Romain Hénin has been in charge of the vineyard and winemaking. With his experience with Sébastien Mouzon and Henri Giraud, he works with care and rigor while respecting the environment, with a project to convert to biodynamics across the entire estate. The vineyard is spread over different major Champagne terroirs: Aÿ and Chouilly for the Grands Crus, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and Dizy for the Premiers Crus, and in the Marne Valley in Cerseuil and Troissy. This diversity of terroirs makes it possible to take advantage of the richness and aromas of the three main Champagne grape varieties for blends. The wines are natural , produced without additives and without sulfur.
Entre les Gouttes is a blend of Pinot Noir (60%), Chardonnay (30%) and Meunier (10%) . It is vinified without any additives or sulphites. The champagne was disgorged in spring 2024 and bottled without dosage .
Grape varieties: 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, 10% Meunier
