Chateau Peybonhomme Les Tours - The White Bonhomme 2023

Château Peybonhomme-Les-Tours is located in Cars, in the Blaye Côte de Bordeaux appellation. The Hubert family has been based at Château Peybonhomme-Les-Tours since 1895 and 6 generations have since succeeded each other. They also own Château La Grolet in Côtes de Bourg. Both estates are certified biodynamic .

Blanc Bonhomme is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc (50%) and Sémillon (50%) . Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, in concrete vats and new barrels (40%). Aging lasts 6 months with regular stirring.
