The Burgundy Pinot Noir vines that we operate belong to Marie Pierre and François MIKULSKI. Their total area is 1.30 ha. One was planted in 1929 and the other in 1980. Their grape variety is 100% Pinot Noir.
Annual production: around 6000 bottles. The vines are cultivated in non-certified organic cultivation.
The subsoil is composed of fine river alluvium, frequent in the lower part of the hillside. The cuvée is aged in oak barrels for about 10 months, then racked and put in vats for 2 months before bottling.
We recommend that these bottles be aged a little (4 to 5 years).
This wine should be consumed as an accompaniment to grilled meat.
Limited purchase of 6 bottles per person
