With just over a hectare and a passion to experiment, Fabio Gea is a young Piedmont winegrower who likes to play with traditions and innovation. Fabio respects the work that his grandfather Notu carried out for years in the vineyards, using only copper, sulfur and pyrethrum to produce pure and intact fruit. The precursor character of Gea lies in the use of ceramics for the aging of its wines. He is the precursor in this exceptional winemaking method. A winemaker and extraordinary wines to discover.

The Dolcetto "Sweet" for Italians, that is to say with a low acidity. This cuvée is distinguished by subtle notes of black fruits such as blackberry or blackcurrant. This wine has a beautiful freshness, a remarkable balance characteristic of this wine. beautiful terroir of Alba.

It is a very pretty wine, resulting from a production made with parsimony and precision, while being natural. The ultimate Italian Nature garage wine. Less than 1000 bottles produced for this cuvée.

FYI, the 'capsule' of the mud is made from beeswax. Nature to the end!
