ECHEZEAUX GRAND CRU GROS FRERE ET SISTER 2016

Deep, powerful, fleshy, a great Burgundy that will evolve towards animal, spicy, leathery notes of great complexity!

A ruby color with shades of magenta, purple-purple, quite dark. When ripe, the bouquet expresses itself on animal and spicy notes of undergrowth and prune, evolving with age towards musk, leather, fur and mushroom. On the palate, the attack is removed, with a pleasant balance on supple tannins and a tasty roundness.

Power and breadth demand to create chords on the same register. The square structure of virile tannins imposes the roast lamb, the prime rib and the pieces of game, feathered and especially hairy. The autumn or winter dishes, with the associated atmospheres, reinforce the deep and fleshy personality of this great wine; for example beef and braised pork, or fine red meats. In addition, the fine cheeses made from raw milk with a washed rind always do them justice. Serving temperature: 15 to 16 ° C
