Gianni Vittorio Capovilla is the creator of this house with Luca Gargano. The first is a famous distiller of Italian eaux-de-vie. The second, Luca, has one of the largest import and trading houses specialized in rum: the Velier house which is famous in the world of spiriteux for the quality of its traffic jams. A product apart because it is unlike any other because of its particular distillation. They wanted to create the biggest rum in the world, they may have arrived. You are left alone judges :) In all this case it is produced separately and really an exceptional drink.

Concerning its elaboration, the juice so particular is from very rare and old varieties of sugar cane which are today only present on the island of Marie-Galante. The juice comes from the red canes and the "B47.258", a cane dating back to 1947. The canes are still harvested by hand and its transport is done on carts by oxen, as was done several times ago. centuries. Maybe that's the magic of this rum and the entire Clos des Millesimes team is very attached to this story and its particular know-how.

This vintage of RhumRhum Blanc PMG pure rum is the unreduced version! A 56% :) Watts that will appeal to lovers of large white rums but haircut to all lovers of spirits and cocktails. A wine so for amateurs, not for everyone can be because less easy access for the uninitiated. If you are a young fan of white rum it will try the version reduced to 41%

Here it will be characteristic of sugar cane, with intense notes of artichoke, strawberry, pineapple and honey. A finish with a very slightly malty nose. On the palate, we find the same aromas as the nose but as the tasting lemon, the exotic fruits arrive to leave room for the final white chocalat. Attention it's big, very big! With Neisson and Favorite RhumRhum signed the world's biggest white rums! Bravo.
