Undaunted "altitude winegrower", Guillaume Boussens has been ringing the bell for the Hautes Corbières since the early 2000s. Miraculously removed from civilization, these terroirs benefit from exceptional climatic freshness, as well as an equally astonishing geological diversity - on these variegated soils, whose color changes from one plot to another, it is not rare to find magnificent crystals. Straddling three towns (Dernacueillette, Maisons and Montgaillard) the estate only produces reds, based on the Carignan, Grenache and Syrah trilogy; their aromatic character, very powerful, minty and spicy, between scrubland and scrub, is unforgettable. Thanks to the will of a man, thanks to his vision and his hard work, a great little-known terroir is expressed.

The wines: explosion of black fruits and spices on the nose, Petit Derna is an easy and smooth wine that sets the tone. The corbières is already open, with a subtle balance, while Anne Fleur is still compact and delivers intense notes of leather and black fruits. The 2012 Jacques cuvée gained in consistency and breadth, offering notes of leather and camphor; its tangy frame keeps it alive.
