Domaine des Accoles - The juice of the little acolytes - Grape juice - Biodynamics 2018

The Domaine des Accoles is a family adventure, carried by its partners, Florence and Olivier Leriche.
The two acolytes studied together, in Bordeaux, then in Dijon: engineers of agricultural techniques, viticulture and oenology for Olivier, plant protection for Florence. In 1998, they discovered the Burgundy terroirs. 13 years follow in the management of Domaine de l'Arlot, in Nuits-Saint-Georges, under the sign of the entire harvest, then biodynamics.
Burgundy is beautiful and welcoming, but the family roots are in the Rhône valley, from Lake Geneva to the Mediterranean. In 2005, Florence and Olivier buy an old house to renovate, near Privas. Little by little, the discovery of the Ardèche terroirs begins.
In 2010, vines were for sale in Saint-Marcel d'Ardèche… Aged vines, grouped islets…. The conditions are ideal for setting up an organic and biodynamic estate ...
