Burgundy Vézelay

The Les Faverelles estate produces wines in a spirit that aims to achieve harmony with their environment on an area of 6ha near Asquins at the foot of the Eternal Hill, not far from the Morvan Natural Park.

Muse is the name of Isabelle and Patrick's dog. An infallible truffle, it knows how to detect organic vines from vines that are not and apparently, we can be sure of the ripening of the grapes when they begin to taste them.

The nose of white muse comes from Chardonnay vinified and aged in stainless steel vats for an aromatic expression closer to the fruit.

"As the soil did for the grapes, the winegrower signs his wine" seems to be the motto of these talented winegrowers, as we can read on their site.
