Eric Pfifferling - Domaine de L'Anglore - Tavel Rosé - Vintage 2017
The Domaine de l'Anglore is located in the Rhône Valley, in Tavel. It belongs to Eric Pfifferling, a beekeeper's son, and covers ten hectares in Tavel and two hectares in Lirac. He works alongside his wife Marie, and since 2017, their children Joris and Thibault have also took part in the management of the estate. The vineyard is cultivated in certified organic agriculture. The vines are cultivated without chemicals, the harvest is manual and the intervention in the cellar is minimal.
Tavel Vintage is a blend of the same grape varieties used for Tavel Classique; dominant Grenache and Cinsault, supplemented by Carignan and Clairette but aged for 2 years, as was a Tavel historically.
