Champagne Emmanuel Brochet - Le Mont Benoit - Extra Brut
Champagne Emmanuel Brochet is a domain located in Villers-aux-Noeuds, in the Montagne de Reims in Champagne. Since 1997, Emmanuel Brochet has produced a confidential cuvée (rarely more than 10 to 12,000 bottles per year) from 2.53 hectares of vines of Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Its vineyard is located on Mont Benoît classified Premier Cru, and is certified in organic farming.
Le Mont Benoît cuvée is a blend of Pinot Noir (40%), Meunier (35%) and Chardonnay (25%) from the 2018 harvest. The vinification was carried out in barrels, with indigenous yeasts. The aging lasted 11 months in barrels on the lees. This Extra-Brut has not been dosed. 8,446 bottles were produced.
