Engine is a London Dry Gin made and bottled in the Alta Langa region of northwestern Italy . Its recipe is linked to Italian and Piedmontese tradition, paying homage to rosolios, syrups and liqueurs made with sage and lemon that were once ancient digestive remedies. It is produced with organic Italian ingredients . Born from an idea of Paolo Dalla Mora, entrepreneur in the fashion and spirits sectors, Engine celebrates an imaginary made up of oil and fuel cans, motocross races and racing vehicles.
Engine is made with a neutral alcohol of wheat and juniper berries as well as sage from Alta Langa, lemon from Amalfi, liquorice roots from Calabria, rose from Damascus, spring water and essential oils.
