Domaine Elian Da Ros - Drinking Stories - Magnum 2021

Domaine Elian Da Ros is located in Cocumont in the Côtes du Marmandais , on the left bank of the Garonne. Elian Da Ros , son of a farmer, dreamed of being a winegrower since his childhood and began studying viticulture and oenology at the age of 14. After working in Alsace for 5 years, he returned to his region of origin and built his cellar. In 1998, he signed his first vintage. Today, the estate extends over 19 hectares, certified organic since 2000, and biodynamic since 2002.

Histoires de Boire is a four-handed cuvée produced by Elian Da Ros and his wife, Sandrine Farrugia , who also owns a wine estate. The juices from Sandrine's grapes are added to Elian's grapes. It is a blend of Merlot and Abouriou , produced only in magnums. After a short maceration, the wine is aged in concrete vats .

Grapes: 70% Merlot, 30% Abouriou
