Château Cazebonne - The Pebbles of Cazebonne - Cabernet Sauvignon 2020
Château Cazebonne is located in the commune of Saint-Pierre de Mons in the Graves , in Bordeaux . The property now extends over 40 hectares, entirely conducted in certified organic and biodynamic agriculture from the 2020 vintage. The Château was bought in 2016 by Jean-Baptiste Duquesne , entrepreneur and wine enthusiast in collaboration with David Poutays , winemaker at Clos de Mounissens. Together, they decided to replant all the historically forgotten grape varieties of Bordeaux.
This plot cuvée Galets de Cazebonne is made from Cabernet Sauvignon harvested manually. It is aged in terracotta amphorae of different toasts, providing greater or lesser porosity, for 16 months . This cuvée produced 3,239 bottles .
