Terra Vita Vinum - Pavilion 2021
Terra Vita Vinum is located in Mozé-sur-Louet, in Anjou in the Loire Valley. The estate was taken over by Luc Briand and Bénédicte Petit in 2019. The estate of around 30 hectares is spread over seven plots in the heart of Anjou Noir . The terroir is mainly made up of schist and also different volcanic rocks. The vineyard is certified biodynamic .
Pavillon is made from Chenin Blanc from a plot located in the town of Denée, opposite the Savennières plot, on green sandstone schist. The vinification is natural, with native yeasts and without the addition of sulfur. The wine is aged with topping for 26 months in demi-muid (49%), concrete egg (28%) and amphora (23%) .
