A few months later, Denis Perroux met Brice Omont (a winegrower passionate about biodynamics) and Michel Gisard (an agricultural engineer Champagne). Since 2008, they have been at the head of Domaine des Ardoisières which now covers 16 hectares. The estate is managed biodynamically .
