Maison Ferroni is located in Aubagne in Provence , near Marseille. The headquarters of the distillery was installed at Château des Creissauds . Guillaume Ferroni , passionate about ancient alcohols and aromatic plants, has developed a varied range of spirits, combining history, cultural heritage and natural riches. It sells rums, whiskeys, liqueurs, pastis, etc. of which most of the necessary plants are grown and harvested on the estate in the wild.

The Pastis of Château des Creissauds is made from fresh plants from the 7 hectares of the estate. These aromatic plants are complemented by Mediterranean plants grown in the Château's aromatic gardens. After a manual harvest which lasts from April to October, the plants are macerated in Dame-Jeanne in superfine alcohol. Each plant is macerated separately before being assembled together then placed in oak barrels for a year. The distillate is then drawn off, then licorice and anise essence are added before reduction to the final degree.
