She went to winemaking in the United States and South Africa; she knows the Bordeaux region where she has lived for a long time and where she obtained her oenologist diploma; however, it is in the Agly valley with its wild charm that Caroline Bonville set down her suitcases in 2003. She now leads a 17 ha estate there.

Brilliant gold with slightly coppery reflections, the color of this wine aged in barrels in external oxidation is of insolent beauty. From the first nose, the aromas explode into a varied and generous bouquet of fruit in alcohol, candied apricot, almonds, spices, vanilla… And what a presence in the mouth! Lots of volume, remarkable balance, complex and gourmet notes of honey, candied lemon, blond tobacco and menthol. Very well brought up this Shameless
