A dry Anjou, made 100% from the Chenin grape variety. Harvested and vinified like the "Les Monts" cuvée, the "Le Clos" cuvée is a blend of barrels from our best plots. They are also those with the thinnest layer of clay (20 to 40 cm). The parent rock is therefore not far away, and the minerality is expressed even more.
The aging takes place in exactly the same way as for "Les Monts": without yeasting or chaptalisation, in barrels of 2 to 5 wines.
