Lucie Fourel was not destined to become a winegrower despite her two winegrower parents. Passionate about language, it was in international trade that she began her career. And then, finally… She decides to go back to work in the vineyard. She studied at Vincent Paris (in Cornas), Domaine Prunier (Auxey-Duresses), Château de la Tuilerie (Costières de Nîmes) and at Clusel-Roch (Côte-Rôtie) which will remain one of her most remarkable experiences. The philosophy of the estate is clear, it is to accompany the wines with a minimum of intervention in the vineyard or in the cellar: manual harvest, vinification with indigenous yeasts and a minimum of sulfur. The wines have in common that they are all elegant, fruity, and endowed with great energy. The estate continues to grow with the creation of several cuvées: Les Pitchounettes (a red cuvée from young vines), and more concentrated plots: Les Saviaux and Saint-Jaimes.
All the bottles displayed in our website are stocked in our cellar in Bordeaux.
