CAVE VINUM - Biodynamic MAS DE LIBIAN 2016

Mas du Libian is a family estate, passed down from generation to generation since the 17th century. Over time, the estate has focused on organic farming (25 hectares to date), and is certified biodynamically by Demeter. Southern grape varieties are vinified there (Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Counoise, Vaccarèse) on a red clay terroir typically Rhodanien.

“Cave Vinum”: “beware of wine”, is inspired by the “cave canem” found in the ruins of Pompeii because, today, wine has become dangerous… for some!
Grape varieties: 40% Viognier, 40% Roussanne, 20% Clairette - About 8000 bottles produced.
