Made only from Chardonnay, it sublimates this grape variety by giving it a new facet, a true alliance between the fat side of the fruit and the minerality of chalk.
Traditionally vinified, this Blanc de Blancs is then aged in oak barrels for a period of 6 months.
The color of a delicate golden yellow reveals light green reflections pierced by the fine cords of foam.
The first nose is very marked by the fruit. Very fresh and pleasant citrus notes give way, in a second step, to more delicious aromas of exotic fruits (pineapple, lychee, etc.).
The mouth, very greedy, offers a frank and invigorating attack thanks to a beautiful minerality.
