LATRICIERES CHAMBERTIN - Biodynamic TRAPET JEAN-LOUIS 2016

Caring producer, sensitive to biodynamics, Jean-Louis Trapet will have signed the development of the family estate. If the recent succession which affected the domain gave part of the vines to the Rossignol cousins, Jean-Louis Trapet still cultivates three Grands Crus and two Premiers Crus. As for the style of its wines, they bring Burgundy to the top. As an idealist convinced of biodynamics, he leads with his Alsatian wife Andrée a vineyard that he likes to call alive. The couple's sense of hospitality invites visiting and distinguished guests to their table. Here the wine speaks to express all its nobility.

"There are soils that we venerate at the estate. The Latricières are one of them. Magnificently displayed, these" little wonders "offer the fruits of our vines the most noble and subtle essences."
