Arianna Occhipinti cultivates 10 ha of vines and 15 ha of olive trees organically in the south of Sicily, near Vittoria.
Albanello and Zibibo for the whites, Nero d'Avola and Frappato for the reds.
These local grape varieties in their northern limit of maturity, the altitude (nearly 300 m) give these wines a freshness and fluidity that Arianna accentuates through her respectful vinification. Here, never anything demonstrative, everything is suggested, retained, like the silent character of the inhabitants of this island.
Grape varieties: Albanello and Muscat d'Alexandrie.
You will easily find Muscat with a blind nose. It is tasted very dry with beautiful bitters. Very original!
