Domaine de Fontenille - White 2021

The Domaine de Fontenille is located in Lauris, on the southern slope of the Luberon in the Rhône on the edge of Provence. The property consists of a luxury hotel, three restaurants and a wellness area. The adjoining vineyard was restructured from 2013 and now extends over 35 hectares in one piece. The terroir is made up of clay-limestone and stony soils, on slightly sloping hillsides providing perfect sunshine and better water drainage. The vineyard is certified organic .

The Fontenille Blanc cuvée is a blend of Vermentino, Clairette and Grenache Blanc . The wine has an aging potential of around 3 years.
