Les Fils d'Emile Pernot Distillery - Grande Liqueur de Sapin - 40%
Les Fils d'Émile Pernot is a traditional French family distillery from La Cluse-et-Mijoux, founded in 1889 by Émile-Ferdinand Pernot in Pontarlier in Franche-Comté . Originally, the distillery's flagship product was absinthe, but this having been banned in 1915, it diversified by manufacturing aniseeds, liqueurs and eaux-de-vie.
Sapin liqueur comes from a distillation of 24 plants, with the addition of a maceration of fir buds harvested in the Haut-Doubs mountains.
