Domaine Mabillot - Reuilly Blanc 2023

Domaine Mabillot is located in Sainte-Lizaigne, in the Reuilly appellation in the Loire Valley. The estate was created in the 1990s by Alain Mabillot and is today managed by his two sons Matthieu and Renaud . The vineyard, managed through sustainable management , extends over 8 hectares.

Reuilly Blanc is made from Sauvignon Blanc from a 5.5 hectare plot located in the areas called Montcocu and Les Lignis. The grapes are pressed directly at low pressure followed by cold settling for 24 hours. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vats and the wine is aged on fine lees with stirring for 5 months .
