Château Peyrat - Graves Blanc 2023
Château Peyrat is located in the commune of Cérons, a stone's throw from the Sauternais vineyards, in the Bordeaux wine region. In 2014, Aurélien Dulor, Ludovic and Damien Martial came together around a common dream: to operate a wine estate, preferably in AOC Graves. With their shared experiences of 15 years in the wine industry, they found in Château Peyrat the ideal environment to enhance and develop a vineyard. They set up the project to bring together passionate investors, attached to the Bordeaux wine heritage, in the form of a Wine Land Group. A group of 27 partners sharing this dream was then brought together. The 17-hectare enclosure is in one piece and benefits from a microclimate due to its proximity to the Garonne.
The Graves Blanc 2023 is a blend of Sémillon (80%) and Sauvignon Blanc (20%) . After slow direct pressing, vinification is carried out in concrete vats, barrels and demi-muids with indigenous yeasts and stirring at the end and after fermentation. Aging lasts 12 months on lees in concrete vats and demi-muids.
Grape varieties: 80% Sémillon, 20% Sauvignon Blanc
