It comes from vines whose grape variety varies between 85% Merlot, 15% Cabernet and 100% Merlot depending on the year.
A careful sorting is carried out at the time of the harvest. It follows a traditional vinification in thermoregulated cement vats, and aging in oak barrels.
The color is generally deep ruby. The nose, spice cake, liquorice and red fruits. Powerful and supple on the palate with very elegant and melted tannins.
