La Fée Parisienne is made using a traditional recipe from the 19th century. No less than nine different herbs are used: grand wormwood, fennel, lemon balm, anise, mint and coriander. Each cuvée is controlled by the founder of the Absinthe Museum located in Auvers-sur-Oise, in the Paris region.
Bottled at the traditional strength of 68%, this green absinthe is to be consumed diluted with cold water.
This absinthe develops notes of liquorice, anise and aromatic plants. When adding water appear white and peppermint. The palate on liquorice and herbs ends on smoke.
