The Cuvée 741 is a photograph of the Jacquesson vineyard (terroirs of Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers, Avize and Oiry). It is a blend of half Chardonnay and half Pinots (2/3 Pinot Noir and 1/3 Pinot Meunier). The percentages may vary from year to year depending on the yields of each grape variety. It is a champagne vinified in old casks and a few demi-muids with periods of batonnage. The malolactic is done, and the dosage is Extra Brut (1.5g / l).
The 741 Jacquesson cuvée offers a nose of powerful and gourmet notes. Its mouth is lively, tight and mineral. The 2013 harvest started relatively late, giving grapes combining sweetness and freshness.
