Domaine Laurent Habrard works 2.5 ha of vines in the Crozes-Hermitage white appellation. All the plots are located in the town of Gervans, near the cellar. The terroirs that we will find here are mainly made up of LOESS. A pale yellow silt deposited by the wind during the Quaternary Ice Age. The thicknesses of this “white earth” or “dead earth” are variable. From a few centimeters to several meters depending on the plots.
The vines are between 20 and 80 years old and are trained on wires or on stakes.
Two sizes are used depending on the training: the Goblet size or the Guyot size. The harvest is done entirely by hand.
All the bottles displayed in our website are stocked in our cellar in Bordeaux.
