Domaine Vigneau Chevreau - Clos Baglin - Moelleux 1990
One of the Loire's only two biodynamic Vouvray producers. This is their selection of late harvest fruit from the best vineyards and the oldest vines. The fruit also has been left to develop some noble rot adn is picked with successive passes or 'tries' through the vineyard. Sweeter than usual the mellow name derives from its fresh richness where sugar is elegantly balanced out with amazing acidity.
