The Star - Banyuls 1986
The Etoile cooperative cellar is located in Banyuls-sur-Mer in Roussillon . After the winegrowers' revolt of 1905, the founding fathers (12 in total) aimed to sell production directly to individuals. This project was only realizable after the First World War. It was created in 1921 and is the oldest in Banyuls. The Cave l'Étoile represents approximately 150 hectares allowing the production of its AOC Banyuls, Banyuls Grand Cru and Collioure.
