Domaine Mabillot - Reuilly Red 2021

Domaine Mabillot is located in Sainte-Lizaigne, in the Reuilly appellation in the Loire Valley . The estate was created in the 1990s by Alain Mabillot and is now managed by his two sons Matthieu and Renaud . The vineyard, led in reasoned fight , extends on 8 hectares.

Reuilly Rouge is made from Pinot Noir from a 3.3-hectare plot located in the Montcocu, Thaumiers and Coignons localities. The grapes are put into cold pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats and the wine is aged on fine lees for 8 months .
